How is soap from SIAM ASIAN SOAP different from other soap?
In general, oil soap or traditional soap (Cold Process Soap) will combination of natural oils and various ingredients mix together and add into a large block and then bring other extracts put into the mix as well. Leave it for about 7-10 days for a reaction to occur, then Cut and Stamp into various shapes. Totally, it takes about 15-20 days to complete process.
However, these traditional procedures are filled with high heat, also reducing efficiency of various ingredients. It may have a strange smell and not be as shiny as Soap Chip base. This is another type of soap that stands out for its shine but the foam is not as great as normal oil soap.
Why is it produced so quickly?
Siam Asian Soap Enterprise Factory aware of the problem said, therefore developed and produced “Oil soap base” (Cold Process Noodle Soap) was created specifically for use and ready to stock Cold Process soap base for mixing - producing for customers that helps reduce the time required to produce soap as well.
Mixing this soap base with various extracts and access to modern machinery standards can be stamped into various shapes immediately. All process of this soap have takes only 1-2 days.
Why is the soap texture smooth? Shinier than general antique soap?
Production of oil soap using oil soap that have gone through a mixing process. Raw materials until the reaction occurs Saponification already arrived and also helped to make reduce steps and ensure ingredients are not exposed to high heat.
