Siam Asian Soap Enterprise Company Limited was started a business and established as a company in 2011. Which has started producing traditional oil soap since 1998 by choosing production methods with an ancient recipe. The method of Cooking and heating in a big block, which means bringing various ingredients to mix together until it's complete and dry in a block. Then slide a big piece of soap to sheets or cubes before being stamped to each shape with a mold that will be for a manual system.
This traditional method had many limitations and take a long time to produce. As a result, factories are unable to keep up with the demands of customers to increase.
Siam Asian Soap factory have developed an innovative method of producing oil soap “Cold Process Soap Noodle”. These Cold process soap noodle was saving time and can be used with machines as needed. This can reduce production time and the soap was not heated to reduce its efficiency like the traditional method.
